This project involved a full transition to the latest SAP ERP system, strengthening supplier integration, and collaborating with HP to upgrade hardware capable of supporting expanded production requirements. The initiative also included a structured quality assurance process, vendor coordination, and financial analysis to ensure long-term ROI. I started by creating a project scope, narrowing project and process deliverables contingent on the stakeholder's business plan. Based on the project charter, I highlighted factors out of scope as well as assumptions to maintain the brevity of the project. I analyzed situations that presented the highest risk potential and coordinated a response based on the project charted. The resource sheet shows budget allocation and scheduling costs.
