Building Solutions with Purpose
Who I Am
I’m Zaria Kirkland, a researcher and technologist with a background that spans UX, AI model evaluation, IT operations, project coordination, and community-driven leadership. I'm building a career around understanding how people interact with technology, and using that insight to create systems, products, and processes that work better for everyone.
What I've Done
My experience ranges from improving product features through user research, to evaluating AI models at scale, to supporting county IT infrastructure, to leading volunteer teams during a statewide political campaign. Across every role, I’ve learned how to listen deeply, find patterns, manage complexity, and deliver clear, actionable solutions. Whether I’m optimizing workflows, validating data quality, conducting interviews, or coordinating cross-functional projects, I bring a steady mix of curiosity, structure, and empathy.

What Drives Me
What motivates me most is the intersection of people and technology, the place where design decisions, data, and human stories meet. I thrive in environments where I can translate insights into impact, collaborate with diverse teams, and help shape experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and genuinely meaningful. My work is driven by continuous learning, thoughtful problem-solving, and the belief that great digital experiences start with understanding real people.
